Do acai vitamins really help you to lose weight?

I have been reading about acai. I am trying to lose 30 pounds. I gained weight after being prescribed some medication. I am off of that medication but the weight has not left me and my appetite is now greater than it has ever been. I hate working out because I just can’t find the motivation. Should I take acai? And how soon would I start seeing results?

    No it rarely work

    If you want to lose weight do this:
    No binge eating No foods high in fat and cabs NO SODA.
    Eat veggies and fruits Exercise ( you start from 200 cals of work out then up to 400 cals, you can swim, walk or jog
    Drink green tea. ( You can see the benefits on internet)
    I did this and lost 17 kgs in 10 month.(I lost this much by eating junk foods and biscuits for 5 month) You could lose more kg if you work on it hard ( but don’t do it so hard if you are teen)

    no. exercise helps you lose wait once you start you wont want to stop. I was exercising by riding 10 miles a day stopped cause I lost my job now bam 30 pounds back on and can’t wait to start exercising again. ride a bike to school or work

    No, they will take your money and do nothing for you.
    The hype is advertiser’s copy, bloggers are fiction, photographs manipulated by photoshop.
    If you must try them for yourself purchase in a health food store or Walmart.
    If you buy online your credit card is in danger, the free sample is far from free – type in acai and scam.
    There are more antioxidants in fresh berries bought locally. Antioxidants are good but will not help you lose weight.
