When I first heard about Acai Burn, I was highly skeptical but my girlfriend asked me to try it with her. You see, I’ve used too many products and tried too many things for weight loss to even want to bother with it. But I asked my doctor about it anyways and after she said that if it didn’t work for weight loss it will at least make my body healthier, I decided to try it out. She told me that it would make me feel more energized and would probably make my bowel movements happen more regularly (she was right on the money there!).
Since I got the OK that it was safe, I really didn’t have much to lose because I was able to try it for free for a month and I was reading that people were seeing results within that time frame. There’s even a product (slightly different) for men (if you have a chubby man like I do lol) and there’s a web site where they can get a bottle for free as well.
After just one week of taking Acai Burn I started to feel really good and my gf was feeling similar results as me. Instead of feeling sluggish, or getting hyped up and then crashing, I started to feel energized and had a strong desire towards healthy foods. I guess my body was ridding itself of the crap (literally lol) and my body just started craving carrots and salad and all the other foods we were forced to eat as kids.
I’ll be honest, I didn’t see major results, during the 1st week, as far as weight loss goes. But around the second week I started noticing a little weight loss (3 pounds) and since I hadn’t changed my routine AT ALL, this was very exciting for me! My doctor suggested that there will be an increase in my metabolism which would assist with the weight loss…so that must’ve been it.
At this point I was really getting motivated cause I haven’t seen a drop in 3 pound in quite awhile. Good news for me but not so good for my gf, she hadn’t lost anything at that time, but she did go on to lose 14 pounds during the month! Screw her lol. Anyway, I kept eating healthier and went for a thirty minute walk every day. Nothing too major, so I knew I could stick to it.
Well, on around the 20th day I was down 9 pounds from when I first started! Yay! I was so excited I decided to go out and splurge on some celebration jeans… who doesn’t love shopping for smaller clothes (not much smaller mind you but still exciting!) knowing they could fit into them?!?
After the thirty days I ended up at a total of 11 pounds lost. I kept eating the healthier foods (it just felt natural)…switched up to power walking, bought some more AcaiBurn and now (three months after starting) I’m down two pant sizes and I feel great!
I can honestly say that Acai Burn helped me turn it around; I didn’t think I could be so healthy and look so good in such a short time. Well, I decided to start this site and post questions and replies that I found around the Internet in regards to acai berry supplements. I’m trying to get my gf to write her story too. If shes does, I will post it on this site.
