Noni juice has been shown in clinical studies to reduce the cholesterol levels in smokers. From what I understand, the most important thing is to get a ‘freeze-dried’ Acai product.

Some Acai supplements are made using spray dried or extract, which does not appear to be as potent as the freeze-dried type.

You may also want to consider getting organic, as well as Fair Trade – that way some extra benefit goes back to the growers.

Acai berry is a scam.. If you want something that will help you lose weight then drink green tea. At least it has “independent” scientific research backing it. Acai is the biggest joke that is spammed around here.

Beware of the acai berry scams like the previous answer mentions. The charge a small shipping fee to get your credit card number then they charge you around $80 in a few days (after the trial period ends) and then $80 every few weeks from then on. You have to cancel your credit card in order to stop the charges.

Most internet acai berry sites are scams. Go to your local health food grocer to get acai berry or try GNC at your local mall.

It does work if you do it the right way. Make sure you do some sort of exercise while you are taking the acai berry. I would recommend looking into the acai health diet at.
