Sounds like a big fad. I’ll stick to healthy eating and my supply of yummy blueberries.

The next biggest rip off in American History. Paying $60 a month for some vitamin pills is just not worth it.

It’s always some crap or another that “health experts” are trying to sell you to make your life better. Last year it was green tea. This year it’s acai berry goo. Next year it will be cream of lark vomit soup. The only thing it’s good for is producing spam.
Just eat a healthy balanced diet and get a moderate amount of exercise on a regular basis. Avoid fad diets & fad diet supplements like the plague.

it sounds like another stupid money making scam… personally i would NEVER trust any of those things that are suppossed to help you lose weight… just stick to good ‘ole diet and excirsize, it may not be as fast as you want it to be, but overall its just safest and easiest….if you really really need some help though go ask your doctor or someone in the medical feild to reccommend you something…

The reason for your problems is you worry about how people “feel” about your options instead of inquiring into whether they’re actually good ideas.
Acai Berries are wholly unremarkable food items. With respect to anti-oxidant effects, for example, “grape supplements” would be better. Acai Berries are truly nothing special at all.
It is ALWAYS “ideal to eat super healthy.”

Theres really a lot out there. Its difficult to pick so what I end up doing is starting with the less expensive and trying out several trials and seeing the results. The site is pretty good at visit and see if it interests you, I did.

With the recent arrival of low-quality companies selling mediocre acai berry products to the public, as well as using poor business tactics, I felt like it was time someone stepped in and did some honest, useful research. It’s tough to find a reliable source for such an amazing product when there’s a countless number of sources, products and companies.
Please visit my website for up to date information about acai.

DO NOT order acai from any site on the internet that offers a “free sample”. You have to give your credit card for the shipping costs of the free sample and then they will start charging your card $80 every month and it is very difficult to reach them to cancel the order. You will lose a lot of money. scam warnings are posted all over the web.
You’re better of working out and eating well to lose weight.

I think they can be helpful as long as you are doing your due diligience while on them. You can’t eat ice cream sundaes all day long and lose weight on the pills, if that’s what you mean.
I also think it’s important that the supplements you get are 100% pure. otherwise, they could be filled up with other junk that diminishes the effect. Same thing with the green tree extract they use, make sure that is pure too.

If you live in Brazil and you can get fresh Acai – then yes you should eat it everyday. Unfortunately it is hard to find good acai berry supplements outside of South America.
You can try the free acai trials but be sure to cancel them within 14 days of oredering or you will be charged again.
