Actually, you don’t need to diet in fact if you want to lose weight, the only method that really worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a few free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I worked off 20 pounds, it really does work!

I don’t know about the diet pills, but I do know that at the grocery store they sell acai berry juice, which is healthy and good for dieting.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

With the demand for acai berries rising in the world of health foods, it is quite unsurprising that several retailers of acai have sprung up in the recent years. Conduct a search on the Internet for them and you will be surprised at the number of them. However, you must be definitely cautious when purchasing acai off the Internet. As in other online transactions, online purchases of acai are also not without their risks. you can check here to buy it.

Hello, Sandra. I think it is important to understand something about acai berries – it is just a fruit. Sure, it has a high amount of antioxidants, but a quick trip to the acai page on wikipedia will show you that it is not even the top in that region, either. For the most part, it is a scam in the sense of the companies making money off of false pretenses. Sure, you will hear about people losing weight eating/taking a lot of acai, but let me ask you a serious question.. would the result have been different if it was a lot of a different fruit? Personally, I don’t think so.
If you understand all of this and still want to have some acai, then approach it as any other fruit and enjoy yourself. However, I would stay away from the “free trials” being thrown around, even if you could find one that would ship to you out there. You are almost guaranteed to get burned here, there are a lot of reports of people being charged for extra shipments they didn’t ask for.
I don’t think it is very productive to just shoot down someones question and not add anything constructive however, so I’d like to recommend some reading on a diet called calorie shifting. I have heard good things about it, but I’ll drop a link below and let you decide for yourself.
I hope that whichever path you end up taking that you do lose your unwanted weight, you will surely be a much happier person in the end for it.

Try vitacost.com. I got the acai berry supplement at a very reasonable cost. You’ll hear lots of opinions about it, many from “shills” for the manufacturer. They are all over the forums and blogs. Here’s a straight-up answer: Yes, eat reasonably and exercise and you will lose weight. That’s what healthy-weight people always tell you and it’s true. However, people who struggle with weight issues struggle with nutrition and exercise as well, for many reasons. I’ve been taking the acai supplement for a month. For whatever reason, I do feel less hungry. A bowl of fruit for lunch is all I desire. This is straight-up true.

Hi Sandra,
I also live in Ireland …North. I have been taking the Acai berry product for three years and know its benefits .
As far as i know there is no free trial available for Ireland .
This company below only offer the free trial to US and Canada.
The Acai berry product is essentially American .
When I started to take it three years ago people in Ireland had never heard of it! I know there are companies who supply Acai juice from the UK…London warehouse and you can order off a website. They are a MLM company and you sign up with a monthly order
This is a company below that supplies from USA but no Free trial for US in Ireland I am afraid. with this company you order when and the amount you want. It is an excellent product
